Mikayla Childcare Centre is opening its doors for our very first Mikayla Day! It’s a fun-filled community day for families, friends and neighbours, and our parents are coming together to fundraise for our community-owned and run centre. With the support of the local community, we’d love you to be there!

Our story: why we’re fundraising
Our centre was established 34 years ago and is fully community owned and led. We’re grounded in our local community, and we embrace the diversity of families, the creativity of children, and the nature we’re lucky to be surrounded by in the Blue Mountains.
As a community-owned centre, we rely on the wider community to help us grow. Funds raised on the day will help make our centre even more vibrant for our little learners, with more trees, a greener space and plenty more colour.

Looking for a wonderful, not-for-profit daycare for 2027? Come and have a chat with our educators and parents committee. We’re excited to connect with new families, welcome new enrolments for 2027, and build friendships with others who share our love for the upper mountains (and beyond!).
